The Auto Bag R3200 Fulfilment Automatic Bagger is designed to work with bags on a roll and poly tubing, which provides the right-sizing of the bag to the product, resulting in lower material and shipping costs. The bagger is equipped with a label printer applicator or a TwinPrint dual-sided printer applicator to include the shipping information and packing sip on a single label due to its “next bag out” printing design, creating an all in one mail-order fulfilment bagging solution. For longer bags, an alternative option of a thermal transfer printer that allows for direct printing on the bag is also made available.

The R3200 is recommended for businesses such as e-commerce, e-tail, order fulfilment and distribution facilities which demand superior quality for their mail-order fulfilment packaging processes. Available in 2 sizes, the standard Auto Bag R3200 size cater to bags that are of maximum 12” wide x 24” long with a seal bar opening of up to 6”, while the larger version accommodates bags with bigger dimensions up to 22” wide x 46” long with a seal bar opening of maximum 11”.

Extendable Warranty

A 5-year extension of the standard 1-year warranty will also be provided when exclusively using Auto Bag bags on a roll or poly tubing.

  • Dual Touch Start Switches – two switches must be touched simultaneously in order for the machine to cycle
  • Light Curtain – prevents the operation of the bagger when the optical detection field is obstructed
