The Autobag Order Fulfilment Bagger is a tabletop poly mailer packaging system optimised for fast mail order fulfilment packaging.

Efficient Thermal Printing

The bagging machine is equipped with an intuitive 7-inch HMI touchscreen interface and a high-quality 4-inch thermal transfer printer (203 dpi) that facilitates “first-bag-out” printing.

It enables operators to scan a packing list and instantaneously print the matching shipping label on dispensing the next bag. The thermal printer’s connectivity options ensure seamless integration with warehouse management systems.

Compact Design with Reliable Performance

Compact in design, the Autobag Order Fulfilment Bagger is capable of handling plain or custom-printed pre-opened bags on a roll, as well as coex poly mailers up to 12 inches wide.

Its performance is powered by compressed air and matches that of larger, floor-standing mail-order fulfilment machines – ensuring the machine is well-suited for industrial environments that require consistent operation across multiple shifts.   • Air Expeller / Bag Deflator: This feature is attached to the pressure bar. It removes air from the bag just before sealing as the bag moves inward towards the machine.
  • Additional Parts Funnels: Various standard and custom funnels are available to aid in product handling.
  • Articulating Bag Support: Pneumatically operated shelf provides support to the bottom and back of the bag during loading. Post-sealing, the shelf tips down for convenience and away from the finished bag.
  • Bag Spreader / Seal Flatteners: Pneumatically controlled fingers that stretches each side of the bag above the sealing area to ensure a flat seal This reduces wrinkles and enhances seal integrity.
  • Bag Support: Stationary shelf to support the bag while loading heavy products
  • Dual Start Buttons (Anti-Tie Down): Comprises two optical “no-touch” buttons that must be activated simultaneously for the bagger to activate. This safety feature prevents the machine from cycling unless both sensors are triggered at the same time to prevent hands or fingers from slipping into the sealing area. It is ideal for hand-load applications without a funnel.
  • Ergonomic Start Switch: Replaces the foot pedal with a pass-through switch for easier machine cycling.
  • Conveyor / Feeder Ready Cabling: Pre-wired cables are available for easy connection to the DC controls of in-feed devices.
