Combined Indicators & Relief Valves

Description

Combined Indicators & Relief Valves are designed for places with limited spaces, which only requires one hole to be fitted to equipment or container. As this indicator is reversible, the sensor paper will change from blue to pink when humidity increases, reverting to blue as humidity returns back to normal.

Desiccant cartridges are additional units, also known as static desiccators. These desiccators are optional tools which can fit most of our combined indicators & relief valves, adsorbing moisture entering the equipment during its use.

The M24 Thread Pressure Relief & Humidity Indicator Unit features a humidity indicator and a two-way breather valve incorporated within the same housing, saving the cost of an additional hole in the case. The valve features separate and distinct settings for both pressure and vacuum relief.

A desiccator can also be fitted using the internal thread on the side of the unit giving it three functions in one product.

  • BLD8555/01-05 – M24 Thread Pressure Relief & Humidity Indicator Unit

The M24 Thread Pressure Relief & Humidity Indicator Unit features a humidity indicator and a two-way breather valve incorporated within the same housing, saving the cost of an additional hole in the case. The valve features separate and distinct settings for both pressure and vacuum relief.

A desiccator can also be fitted using the internal thread on the side of the unit giving it three functions in one product.

The threads are Alochhromes for R.F. Screening Continuity.

  • BLD9720/01-06 – ¾” Thread Humi-Valve

The ¾” Thread Humi-Valve features a humidity indicator and a two-way breather valve incorporated within the same housing, allowing users to save the cost of an additional hole in the case. The valve features separate and distinct settings for both pressure and vacuum relief.

There is a separate path to the humidity indicator. The breather valve is a lightweight, rugged, tamper-proof and does not require the need for field maintenance. The product also features corrosion-resistant material used throughout, and its valve is made of silicone rubber. Users can activate the unit with the manual release push button featured on all breather valves. The button equalises residual pressure or vacuum differentials in order to make the opening of the container easier. A gasket, washer and hex nut are provided with the purchase of each valve.
