The desiccant prevents condensation on container walls by lowering the dew point through its non-toxic natural clay desiccant and calcium chloride blend.
The container desiccant bag is non-toxic and food-grade, making it safe for moisture-sensitive goods such as coffee beans, canned food, flour and rice. The moisture-absorbing strip in the desiccant helps protect these items from mould by controlling the container’s humidity.
