Ensure Controlled Moisture Levels
The nitrogen blanketing system allows users to configure settings, view process control values, and display dewpoint measurements in Degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit, with pressure in Kpa or Psi.
The dry gas purge system monitors the dewpoint drying progress with the dewpoint sensor and automatically stops when the desired level is reached. A data logger can also be added to monitor the dewpoint degradation time, allowing users to calculate the water vapour transmission rate and the required moisture removal during the initial purging process.
Process Control with Dewpoint Monitoring
With the liquid display, the system provides real-time information during operation, and the dewpoint monitor provides users with information about the dryness of the gas before purging to determine the moisture volume within the equipment for enhanced process control.
The nitrogen purge system accommodates global voltages and frequencies, ranging from 100 to 230 VAC at 50-60 Hz, with a 24VDC version available. This system suits various applications, including surveillance instruments, image intensifiers, thermal imaging, underwater equipment, optical instruments, and electrical housings.
