The Nitrogen Purging System 1900 Rack Mounted (NEPS1900 Rack Mounted) is designed to maximise dry gas purging process for humidity removal and oxygen inhibition. The NEPS1900 Rack Mounted can be operated easily by simply connecting a dry gas source to the equipment and inlet connection.
The purging system also allows the configuration of settings to enable users to easily view process control values and display dewpoint measurements in Fahrenheit or Degree Celsius with pressure in Kpa or psi. It also features a highly visible liquid display to provide constant information and readouts during operation.
The dewpoint monitor provides users with the dryness of the gas before the commence of purging operation. Featured with a dewpointstat, this allows users to determine the volume of moisture contained within the equipment before the start of purging procedure for product control.
When the dewpoint sensor option is removed, the NEPS1900 Rack Mounted will monitor the progress of the dewpoint dryings, switching off and isolating the dry gas automatically when the selected dewpoint is achieved.
A data logger can also be used for the monitoring of dewpoint degradation time, allowing users to calculate the water vapour transmission rate and determine the rate of water removal required during the initial purging phase. Highly versatile, the system can be operated from global country voltages and frequencies ranging between 100 to 230 VAC at 50-60 HZ. A 24VDC version is also available.
The NEPS1900 Rack Mounted is suitable for applications that involve surveillance instruments, image intensifiers, thermal imaging, underwater equipment, optical instruments and electrical housings.
