Our anti-rust VCI Metal Barrier Foils feature heat-sealable properties for a secure barrier – offering corrosion protection against humidity, moisture, oxygen, salt spray, aromas, grease, and other airborne contaminants.

Constructed with a Mil-PRF-131J QPL certified lamination, the foil comprises biaxially oriented Aluminium Foil, Nylon, and a substantial Polyethylene sealant layer. Its metal-guard film incorporates a VCI formulation within the PE sealant. This combination results in an air-tight and moisture-proof barrier, which offers comprehensive protection against corrosion for packaged metals during extended storage periods or in transit.

VCI Aluminum Foil (Standard) serves as a dual-purpose metal barrier foil which removes the need of using separate VCI Packaging film and an additional layer of laminated barrier foil. This integration leads to reductions in both labour requirements and costs. It is typically employed in the wrapping or crating of large machinery for export purposes, as well as in the packaging of smaller components for long-term storage.

VCI Aluminum Foil (Light)  is a light-duty barrier foil. It features a Nylon, Aluminum Foil and Polyethylene composition. It uniquely incorporates a ferrous metal corrosion inhibitor within the PE film layer. Renowned for its exceptional sealing properties, this foil is suitable for hand-sealing operations in various settings. Common applications include the wrapping of large machinery or metal components for export, especially in scenarios where crating is not available.
