Woven Lashing Band

Description

Strapping is the process of applying a woven lashing band to an item to reinforce, combine, hold or fasten it. Lashing is the process of using a rope or belt to secure two or more items together. It is typically applied to timber poles, where container lashes are commonly used to hold cargo units together. The Polyester Woven Textile Lashing Band is an economical and easy-to-handle alternative to typical solutions for load securement such as tension belts or wooden crates. It functions by tying goods together and fixing them on suitable carriers. Ratchets and metal buckles can also be used together with the lashing band to ensure that your cargo is secured throughout transport. Available in two colours – white and orange, our woven lashing bands are supplied in either carton, bulk coils or our dispenser bag.
