Temperature-sensitive shipments may move through warehouses, vehicles and transfer points before final receipt. MaxiLog PDF is a pre-programmed, single-use temperature data logger that records shipment temperatures so receiving teams can review the temperature history after delivery.

It measures from -30°C to +70°C and records every 10 minutes for up to 90 days, with capacity for 14,400 data points. Its compact 94 mm × 20 mm × 7 mm format is suitable for small packages, and the standard 30-minute start delay allows the logger to adjust to the cargo’s internal temperature before recording begins.

At the receiving point, connect the built-in USB-A interface to a computer to access PDF and CSV reports. The PDF includes a graph and summary of the recorded data, giving receiving teams a temperature record to review against the shipment’s required conditions.

  1. Start the logger: Press and hold the button for at least 3 seconds until the OK LED flashes 5 times. The OK LED then flashes every 2 seconds to indicate that the logger is operating. The standard 30-minute start delay runs before temperature recording begins.
  2. Set a mark if needed: Double-click the button. The OK LED flashes 3 times to confirm the mark. Up to 10 event marks can be added, and each mark appears on the graph at the corresponding point in time.
  3. Stop the logger: Press and hold the button for at least 3 seconds until the Alarm LED flashes 5 times. Alternatively, connect the USB interface to a computer to stop the logger automatically.
  4. Get the report: Connect the USB interface to a computer. You may need to wait until both LEDs become solid. The logger opens as a flash drive containing the data report in PDF and CSV formats.
