The Hydrocarbon Absorption Unit is incorporated with Activated Carbon to allow the adsorption of hydrocarbon vapours, aviation fuel vapours, and other contaminants. This desiccator is commonly used in airborne applications where equipment may gather contaminants while the aircraft is on the ground.
