Electronic Humidity Indicator Plugs are traditional humidity indicator papers that rely on a visible colour change, usually from blue to pink to show a change in humidity. The indication range of the paper indicator lies from 10% to 70% relative humidity which must be specified at ambient temperature and tolerance range. The new Electronic Humidity Indicator Plugs makes use of a polymer humidity sensor combined with a temperature sensor to provide digital display readings of relative humidity, ambient temperature, and dewpoint. Dewpoint shows the temperature at which the system or instrument can be cooled before condensation (or frost) occurs. This qualifies dewpoint as a quality control standard for specific operating performance for both systems and instruments. The Electronic Indicator is mounted in a robust IP67 enclosure with a membrane press switch to activate the three readings in order. Optional thread mounting or bulkhead flange fixing is available. The operational battery life is usually around 5 years.
Stream Peak Vietnam offers 5 different models of Electronic Humidity Indicator Plugs:
Our ERHI Thread 1 1/8″ BSP is the latest in innovation, featuring R.H., Temperature, and Dewpoint Display into a single unit. The device also allows simultaneous monitoring of the three different readings, which makes it widely applicable. This new Electronic Humidity Indicator Plugs makes use of a polymer humidity sensor combined with a temperature sensor to provide a digital display of the three readings. By using the membrane press switch, it activates the readings in sequence. The operating range of the device is between 5% to 90% R.H., -20֯֯°C to 15֯°C dewpoint, -20°C to 60°C temperature and is capable of withstanding a pressure of 80 psi. The recorded data can be stored over a period of 6 months. The option “data logging” is available under request. The operational battery life is usually around 5 years.
Our ERHI thread M36x2 is the latest in innovation, featuring R.H., Temperature, and Dewpoint Display into a single unit. The device also allows simultaneous monitoring of the three different readings which makes it widely applicable. This new Electronic Humidity Indicator Plugs makes use of a polymer humidity sensor combined with a temperature sensor to provide a digital display of the three readings. By using the membrane press switch, it activates the readings in sequence. With an operational battery life of up to 5 years, the relative humidity indicator also features a range between 5% to 90% R.H., -20ºC to 15֯°C dewpoint, -20°C to 60°C temperature. In addition, it is capable of withstanding a pressure of 90 psi. The option “data logging” is available under request and the recorded data can be stored over 6 months.
Our ERHI Bulkhead Mounted is the latest in innovation, featuring R.H., Temperature, and Dewpoint Display into a single unit. The device also allows simultaneous monitoring of the three different readings, which makes it widely applicable. This new Electronic Humidity Indicator Plugs makes use of a polymer humidity sensor combined with a temperature sensor to provide a digital display of the three readings.
The Dewpoint Checker allows easy monitoring of the humidity conditions inside the equipment while allowing accurate measurements of the dewpoint. It is designed particularly for applications necessary to maintain a very low dewpoint so as to avoid condensation inside the equipment. Our new Dewpoint Checker uses a polymer humidity sensor combined with a temperature sensor to ensure accurate dewpoint measurements. Two different light colours allow users to monitor the value of the dewpoint when it drops below -25°C and below -40°C. The device also features a third light to provide information about the battery status.
A temperature and humidity data logging HDT-WiFi sensor, designed to measure temperature and humidity readings of its surrounding environment, the recorded reading is typically accurate to ±0.3°C/±0.6°F (5°C to 60°C/41°F to 140°F) and ±2.0% R.H. (20 to 80% R.H. @ 25°C). This logger is ideal for a wide variety of applications, especially where remote monitoring is important. This includes environmental and weather monitoring, agricultural and livestock, food and drink, building and site monitoring, and HVAC. Data can be streamed wirelessly over any WiFi network and can be viewed on a PC using the free EasyLog WiFi software which is available for download or on the Cloud.
