Our machine offers an environmentally friendly solution to void-fill materials like Bubble Wrap. The paper material used is 100% recyclable and CE-certified.

The paper cushions, developed by the machine, are easily insertable into packages to provide effective cushioning and protection for the products. The cushions mould to the product’s shape and ensure a secure fit that minimises movement and prevents the risk of damage during transit.

The on-demand production capability of the machine further reduces the necessity to store large volumes of pre-made packaging materials and optimises storage space. A manual backup system is also incorporated for uninterrupted operations.

Efficient and Sustainable Mechanism

Equipped with 2-ply kraft and recycled paper, a feeding mechanism, and a cutting system, the machine processes the paper roll by crimping, folding, or cutting paper into individual paper cushions. The cushions come in various forms, like tubes or U-shaped pads to meet diverse packaging needs.

Our Kraft Paper Void Fill System features an intuitive Programming Logic Controller touch green controller that simplifies the operation. It includes multiple preset modes for producing paper cushions in various dimensions and layers to suit different products and packaging requirements.
