Corrosion Protection for Metals

Manufactured from a blend of Polyethylene Resin and VCI chemicals, this corrosion-protective packaging is transparent and available in multiple widths and thicknesses to adapt to different sizes of metal components. The VCI Poly Tubing needs to be heat-sealed – creating a custom-fit protective enclosure around the metal item.

The VCI chemicals in the tubing would vaporise and deposit a thin layer of corrosion inhibitors on the metal item, which offers defence against corrosive elements such as moisture, oxygen, and humidity to prevent the onset of rust or corrosion effectively.

Heat-Seal and Shrink Packaging Solution

Our VCI Poly Tubing is easy to use, and it can be easily heat-sealed and shrunk using a heat gun or shrink tunnel.
