Lollipop Probe Thermometer

The Lollipop Probe Thermometer is a waterproof tool incorporated with auto-calibration and min/max features to allow users to verify and quantify the final rinse temperatures in commercial washers and dishwashers. The Lollipop Probe Thermometer can also be used to measure the temperature of food that is being cooked, cooled, or held using its small-diameter probe. This probe is ideal for measuring “thin mass” food such as meat patties, chicken, and fish fillets as according to FDA Food Code 4-302.12 (B).
