The NEPS1000 dual voltage system is a portable device that streamlines dry gas purging with its self-contained pump filled with moisture-adsorbing molecular sieves, protecting against moisture, rust, and corrosion in field and workshop settings.
Advanced Moisture Protection
The purging system comes with a dewpoint monitor that precisely gauges gas dryness. Users can leverage the dewpoint stat feature to evaluate and manage moisture levels in their equipment, with the monitor displaying measurements in Degrees Celsius and Fahrenheit, along with pressure readings in Kpa or psi.
The implementation of seamless gas and purging procedures ensures effective production control. Equipped with four built-in leak testing capabilities, the purging system can verify the equipment’s sealing. Its flexible pressure testing capabilities cover a range of pressures from 10.3 Kpa (1.5 psi) to 34.4 Kpa (5.0 psi).
The system can be used for several applications, including optical instruments, image intensifiers, thermal imaging, underwater equipment, electronic housings, and surveillance instruments, underscoring its versatility across industries.
Automatic Dewpoint Control and Gas Isolation
A data logger can be added to monitor dewpoint degradation, enabling the calculation of the water vapour transmission rate (WVTR) and moisture removal rate during the purging process. The system is compatible with global country voltages and frequencies, ranging from 100 to 230 VAC at 50-60 Hz, including a 24VDC version.
The system also features automatic dewpoint control and gas isolation, offering a precise pressure leak rate display resolution of 0.01 psi. Users can enhance convenience and efficiency by integrating a portable dewpoint sensor that actively monitors the dryness of the dewpoint. Once the desired dewpoint is achieved, the system autonomously shuts off and isolates the dry gas to ensure an optimal purging outcome.
