TiltWatch XTR is a specialised packaging indicator for monitoring goods during transit. This single-use, tamper-proof device provides a clear visual alert if the product is tilted beyond 80 degrees, with the indicator turning red to signal any deviation from the required orientation.

Tamper-Proof Tilt Monitoring

TiltWatch XTR is designed to withstand routine handling without activation. Companion labels and alert stickers can be used alongside the tilt indicator for enhanced visibility. The sensor is activated simply by removing the adhesive backing, making it user-friendly and efficient.

In instances where the cargo is tilted more than 80° or is completely overturned, the sensor’s colour changes to red. This colour change is a visible indication that the package has been tilted beyond acceptable limits. Once triggered, correcting the product’s position is crucial to prevent potential damage.

QR Version Available

TiltWatch XTR is also offered in a QR-enabled version for digital event recording. When scanned with a smart device, the QR code captures tilt condition data together with time, location, and serial number. This provides a documented record that can be used for shipment tracking and incident investigation.
