The Autobag 575B Automatic Bagger is a semi-automatic filling and sealing machine. It integrates three essential functions: filling, sealing, and label printing, and processes up to 45 bags per minute.

Seamless Operations

Developed for seamless operation, our autobag bagger has minimal moving parts. It is equipped with servo-driven web controls and job storage capabilities to reduce material waste effectively.

The machine offers convenient access to the Human-Machine Interface (HMI), cycle switch, and loading mechanisms for the roll and ribbon. It is also operable from both left and right-hand sides with an adjustable machine height to meet diverse operational requirements.

The Autobag 575B Automatic Bagger is also equipped with a thermal transfer imprinter positioned directly above the subsequent bag to be loaded. This is beneficial for applications requiring regular changes in product and label configurations.

The machine offers seamless full-pack station integration, and features centralised monitoring and analysis of productivity data.
