Ethylene absorbers, made from natural zeolites, extend the shelf life of fresh fruits, vegetables, and flowers. The absorber removes ethylene gas, a natural plant hormone that accelerates ripening, leading to deterioration and microbial damage. This method of eliminating ethylene through oxidation effectively maintains the freshness and quality of perishable items during transport and storage.

Our absorbers are composed of a blend of zeolite powder and potassium permanganate. This combination effectively absorbs ethylene and moisture, which helps inhibit the growth of volatile bacteria. Additionally, the absorber is non-toxic, chemically inert, and safe for use in food packaging. After their effective lifespan, they can be disposed of as regular waste, simplifying the disposal process.
